TED40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
IBSA has just released approved qualification packaging rules for the qualification to replace TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. The packaging rules for TED40110 are:

Total of 10 units required: 7 core and 3 elective units

Core units:
Learning Design
TEDDES401A Design and develop learning programs
TEDDES402A Use Training Packages and accredited courses to meet client needs
Delivery and Facilitation
TEDDEL401A Plan, organise and deliver group based learning
TEDDEL402A Plan, organise and facilitate learning in the workplace
Assessment
TEDASS401A Assess competence
TEDASS402A Participate in assessment validation
TEDASS403A Plan assessment activities and processes

Elective units:
3 elective units to be chosen from list below (some other details about one allowable unit from another training package as well, but basically it’s pick 3 from the list below).
