Chemène Sinson

Chemène immigrated to Australia from Canada in 1996 and established Blackwater Projects in early 2000. Since that time she has worked with a range of community, corporate, government  and sport industry clients, both within Australia and internationally.

  • Trainer’s trainer
    Chemène has worked with clients from corporate, government and community sectors, developing their skills as trainers, assessors, presenters, and mentors.
  • Speaker
    Chemène is a regular speaker or Master of Ceremonies at conferences and special events.
  • Instructional design and delivery
    Chemène offers an end-to-end service, working with clients to design, develop and deliver high-quality, tailored accredited and non-accredited training programs that get results.
  • Retail learning and assessment materials
    Chemène has produced a suite of learning and assessment materials covering the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. More than 100 training organisations have purchased these to date.
  • LLN and VET meeting place
    Chemène has teamed up with literacy specialist Ann Leske to form LLN and VET Meeting Place – together they offer resources, services, and a source of information to support vocational trainers to build learners’ foundation skills through VET.
  • An Olympian, Chemène coaches elite sportspeople in media, presentation and leadership skills. She has announced or commentated at major sport events, including the Olympic Games and World Championships.
